My name is Amy a.k.a StarvnRtist, I am a self-taught artist, I have been drawing and painting all my life.
I started out taking my moms drawings and copying those, I drew what I saw.
Now, I am a SAHM and do custom work on the side, I can paint just about anything: flowers, portraits, animals, nudes, abstract, etc.
*Drawing and painting is my passion, but I enjoy many other styles of creativity.

Polymer Clay
I love 'playing' with polymer clay, I make ornaments ~ I recently started making Expecting Ornaments (see Polymer), I feel these are a fun way to celebrate a pregnancy. I also use polymer to add dimension to canvas art pieces: this is a 3D Rose, I call it: Sexy Pink Passion.
Stained Glass
I love stained glass too, I love the colors and just the way it looks when the sun hits it...I do not work with it the traditional way (would love to learn), but in my own little way that works for me.
Plush
I like making lil monster/love monster dolls with my sewing machine, the details are all hand sewn on. The monsters are under stuffed so they are soft and extra squishy. My kids love them!
I like to say that there are imperfections in each one (I never claimed to be a seamstress). They are so ugly they are cute. Machine washable.
Photography
I love photography. My camera has recently been upgraded and I am still figuring it out.
I do not like professional poses, but what I like to call 'in the moment' pictures and 'up close and personal (flowers, buildings, random objects)'.
To sum it all up -
I am an eclectic artist (dabbles in a little of everything). 
Creativity is all I know.
